Will you adjust the price of an item that goes on sale shortly after I purchased it?
Sales prices are subject to change. They will also be displayed as to when a sale ends. If you miss the sale then the item returns to the original price.
What is your return policy for sale items?
Sale items do get the same return policy but can only be valued at the sales price that the item was sold at.

What is your return policy for items?
A full refund will be offered on items that have a defect or if the order was wrong. There is a 72hr policy on return items, and reporting defects.
Does East Coast Customs have more than one branch?
No. We are only located in New Bern NC.
